To Place Your Order:
Follow these 3 simple steps to place your order:
1) Complete the form below, indicating the jewelry design and color you'd like to purchase in the "comment box". Please include a phone number so I can confirm your order.
2) Send a payment of cash or check, payable to Benalily Designs. A portion of all proceeds benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
3) I will send your purchases out to you within 10 business days. If you are local to Seattle, I can deliver them sooner and in time for Valentine's Day - just let me know.
